Kariss Farris is a Bible teacher and storyteller passionate about calling the lukewarm into the fire and awakening women to the presence of Jesus in every part of life.

As a writer and communicator, Kariss blends bold truth with tender honesty, inviting others to move beyond cultural Christianity and into deep, Spirit-led union with Christ. She teaches from lived experience, leading a multi-faceted life as a wife, mother of five, creative entrepreneur, and woman marked by surrender.

Kariss is the author of Jesus Everywhere, a devotional journey through the everyday sacred. Through her writing, devotionals, and online presence, she speaks to the tired, the busy, and the spiritually hungry, calling them out of surface-level living and into rhythms of intentional faith, family, and purpose.

She is also the co-founder of Pharris Photography, a luxury wedding and film studio she runs with her husband, Joshua. Together, they’ve spent over a decade capturing stories and building a creative legacy rooted in excellence and faith.

The eldest grandchild of Dr. Tony and Lois Evans, Kariss was raised in a legacy of truth and now carries that torch in her own voice: lively, Spirit-led, and full of conviction. She lives in Dallas, Texas, where her daily life is both her ministry and her mission field.
